October Wrap-Up and November TBR

I read 7 books last month but it doesn’t feel like that many! I think I started off strong as my reading has been slow this past week or so. I’m hoping that as I’m carrying on reading standalones, I’ll still manage to read around this many books in November.

My favourite book this month was History is All You Left Me for sure! My least favourites were All the Crooked Saints and Where She Went.

Books I Bought in October

Gifted
Lord of Shadows collectors edition – Cassandra Clare
The Twisted Tree – Rachel Burge

Bought
City of Bones collectors edition – Cassandra Clare
Dumplin’ – Julie Murphy
Floored – Various Authors
Lord of Shadows – Cassandra Clare

I didn’t buy too many books this month and three of these were damaged/secondhand so that bought the price of them down so much!

Books I Want to Read in November

What if It’s Us – Becky Albertalli and Adam Silvera
Genuine Fraud – E. Lockhart
Dash and Lily’s Book of Dares – Rachel Cohn and David Levithan

I’m not going to plan too much for November, just these standalones to get through my physical TBR. I’ve decided to finally read The Mortal Instruments and The Infernal Devices over Christmas, so I’m going to finish as many standalones as I can before then.

As for Dash and Lily’s Book of Dares, I’m excited as I’m sure it will get me into the Christmas spirit! It’s interestingly the only series ever that I’m going to end up reading backwards, as I read the second book last Christmas.
